CollabPitch Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the CollabPitch app and platform operated by CollabPitch Global Pvt Ltd.

Zero tolerance: CollabPitch strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Prohibited conduct and content

CollabPitch does not permit content, accounts, messages, campaigns, requests, links, or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, traffics, sexualizes, or otherwise endangers a child. This includes CSAM, grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, sextortion, sexual exploitation or trafficking of children, and attempts to create, share, request, promote, obtain, or distribute such material.

Reporting child-safety concerns

Users can report inappropriate or unsafe activity to CollabPitch through available in-app reporting/complaint mechanisms. Child-safety concerns can also be reported directly to our Child Safety Team at support@collabpitch.com. Please do not send or attach CSAM when making a report.

How CollabPitch responds

Reports involving potential child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high priority. CollabPitch may remove prohibited content, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and take other appropriate safety measures.

CSAM and authorities

Where CollabPitch becomes aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations, including reporting to relevant authorities or designated organizations where legally required. We cooperate with valid lawful requests from competent authorities.

Compliance with child-safety laws

CollabPitch is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and maintaining processes intended to prevent, identify, report, and address CSAE and CSAM on the service.
