Delete your CollabPitch account and data

This page is the public account-deletion resource for the CollabPitch app and collabpitch.com, operated by CollabPitch Global Pvt Ltd.

How to request deletion

1. Use the email address linked to your CollabPitch account.
2. Send an email to support@collabpitch.com with the subject CollabPitch Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address and, if available, your CollabPitch username. Do not send your password.
4. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

Data deleted with your account

After a valid deletion request is verified, CollabPitch will delete or anonymize account data associated with your account, including profile information, uploaded profile content, creator or brand profile details, saved account preferences, and other personal data that is no longer required to provide the service.

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, security, or regulatory obligations. Where retention is required, access is limited and the information is kept only for the applicable retention period.

What happens after deletion

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. After completion, you may lose access to your profile, collaboration history, messages, requests, subscriptions, and other account-linked features. Data already shared with another user as part of a collaboration may remain in that user's records where necessary for legitimate dispute, safety, or legal purposes.
